- 5-8 years of experience in SAP-OTC with specialization in pricing.
- Should have experience of working on Interfaces between SAP and E-Commerce through Middleware platforms.
- Having exposure or any working experience on E-Commerce platforms, Sales Force dot Com and its integration with SAP will be an advantage
- Should have good working experience in SAP S4 HANA in OTC module.
- At least one full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live)
- Having hands-on understanding and working in diagnosing ABAP programs and Function modules will be an advantage.
- Understanding of cross functional integration between SAP modules.
- Ability to develop To-be design documentation for E-Commerce Interfaces and processes. Updates all design, Process workflows, configuration and functional specification documentation.
- Identifies and logs issues and risks.
- Manage, coordinate, and report application major incidents (P1 & P2)
- Build end tend documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors.
- Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer session’s the team.
- Support Design daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for business.
- Demonstrate Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail
- Has capability translate business requirements in design and then development
- Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution
- Should have worked in Support projects.
- Daily liaising with Support partners for fulfilling the daily business issues and new requirements
