- Should be able to support design, configuration and implementation efforts around Inbound and Outbound logistics.
- Implement new or maintain existing business solution in SAP WM module
- Propose, configure, document and test business solutions in SAP application module according to the functional and technical requirements
- Close communication with the development team
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to the client Work with WM team to support new processes being implemented as part of a SAP go-live.
- Support Go Live and ongoing production support.
- To advise and explain on SAP WM and The Config Team Product solution designs and the impact changes may have upon solution architecture and/or business process.
- To lead and take ownership customer enhancements (in conjunction with the Design Authority) of SAP Supply Chain and The Config Team Product solution designs, build, implementation, and complete complex configuration assisting others where necessary.
- Design, lead and facilitate customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions where required.
- Create, lead and sign-off functional specifications in line with product guidelines and customer requirements.
- A warehouse business process expert, who can provide sound advice to customers on best practice with SAP WM.
