Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Security Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. As part of our team, you will use your technical expertise to enhance our cybersecurity measures, manage data governance, and ensure our cloud solutions are secure. This role involves a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic thinking, and it is essential that you have strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.Responsibilities: Apply your knowledge of cybersecurity, identity and access management, and data governance to protect our systems and data Work with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure our IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions are secure Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to enhance our information security measures Use your problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges Document your assessments and analysis in a clear and understandable manner Think strategically to consider factors such as risk, efficiency, and cost when making decisions Use data to support your decisions and to communicate your findings to others Prioritize your tasks effectively to manage your time and meet deadlines Use your knowledge of Active Directory to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage group policies Use your reporting skills to create KPIs and KRIs, and to report on metrics Apply your experience in the financial services industry to understand and address industry-specific risks and challenges.
