Provide support to the Audit HR Business Advisors across the country

Prepare, analyze, and distribute a variety of reports including turnover, employee engagement surveys, and assist with employee-related processes

Support and participate in the annual performance development processes, expectation setting, year-end and compensation planning

Work on special projects, developing project plans and managing through implementation and follow-ups

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent Human Resources experience, preferably in a professional services environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration or relevant work experience

Comprehensive understanding of HR principles; in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with knowledge of PeopleSoft

Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to develop clear and concise written communications, and prepare performance documentation

Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees
