Description We are offering a employment opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, driving standard business processes, and maintaining strong relationships across the IT Enterprise. You will play a pivotal role in business process analysis, requirement management, and problem-solving.Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into non-technical language to facilitate effective communication across teams. Develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying updated on current trends and best practices. Interact with Project Managers from various organizations to track project progress, identify and communicate risks, and assess potential impacts on the business. Produce feasibility reports and design solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate reports on project progress, obstacles, and accomplishments. Manage changes in requirements and collaborate with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure Business acceptance. Document current and future state assessments, and maintain functional models, process flows, and wireframe diagrams. Develop use cases as a key tool for communication between the business and technical teams.Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective team collaboration and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required for creating reports, documents, and presentations. Research skills are necessary for understanding business processes and market trends. Knowledge and experience in budget processes to ensure financial efficiency of projects. Design skills to prototype solutions and present ideas visually. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management. Understanding and implementation of best practices and quality control measures. Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences. Experience in business process functions and e-Commerce application is preferred. Proficiency in JIRA for issue tracking and project management. Ability to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents. Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language (AML) for structuring business data. Capacity to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories and use cases. Experience in tracking project status and creating necessary diagrams. Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the project's success.
