Description We are offering an opportunity for an analytical thinker with a knack for data-driven decision making, to join our team in Chardon, Ohio, as a Paid Social Specialist. The job entails managing and executing paid media strategies, including managing Google Ads campaigns and running programmatic campaigns. This in-office role requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and regular report generation.Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Manage small to large-budget ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for clients. Analyze campaign performance, derive insights from data, and use this information to improve campaigns. Regularly generate reports on campaign performance. Use tools such as Facebook Insights, Google+, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Instagram to drive brand awareness and campaign planning. Leverage skills in blogging, Google Ad, Google Ad Manager, Programmatic advertising, Programmatic Buying, Paid Social, and Paid Media to enhance campaign performance. Think critically to make data-driven decisions. Use proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for creating reports and insights. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in using Facebook Insights for analyzing user interaction and engagement. Familiar with Google+ and its features for business promotion. Experience with Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior. Proficiency in using Hootsuite for managing multiple social media platforms. Experience in managing Instagram for business, including Instagram ads. Strong knowledge of creating and managing Advertisements on social media platforms. Comfortable with Analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns. Experience in Blogging and promoting blog content on social media. Able to create strategies for increasing Brand Awareness through social media. Experienced in Campaign Planning for different social media platforms. Proficient in using Google Ad and Google Ad Manager for online advertising. Familiar with Programmatic advertising and Programmatic Buying. Experience in managing Paid Social campaigns across different social media platforms. Knowledge of Paid Media strategies and their implementation.
