Performance Tester/Engineer with JMeter Experience

Columbus, OH ( Temporary Remote Work)

Long Term Contract

Primary Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and execute performance tests in Jmeter.· Analyze performance test results to identify script errors.· Monitor applications under test and report on results· Track performance metrics against customer SLAs· Plan validations by working with Release and QA Teams

Skills/Qualifications:· At least 2 years of experience on Jmeter performance testing tool· Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and verification· The ability to self-manage and keep tasks on track in an environment where interruptions are frequent and expected.· Core Java Programming Experience for fixing quick simulator issues or develop test data utilities.• Prefer knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes & Kafka· Prefer familiarity with GIT version control systems.· Prefer familiarity with Agile, traditional development methodologies, continuous integration and deployment on a conceptual level· Experience in LoadRunner.
