We pride ourselves on our reputation for outstanding customer service and high-quality, cost-competitive services that are always on schedule.Why join us?Hybrid option Excellent Advancement and Mentorship Programs Work/Life Balance Comprehensive Benefit package 401KJob DetailsThe Senior Process Engineer is responsible for:Gathering and analyzing technical data used to prepare engineering designs for client projectsDeveloping heat and material balancesCreating PFDs and P&IDsSizing/preparing equipment specificationsUtilizing knowledge of process industry codes and standardsProject scheduling and managing within an engineering budgetVisiting clients' facilities where they may be expected to perform some physical work.Key Responsibilities:Plan Development, scheduling Process Design activities and resourcesAct as Lead Process Design Engineer on a project basisDirecting the work of junior engineers and designersPerforms all aspects of Process Design EngineeringMaintain effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers and clientsEstimates work hours, develops scope of work, make staff recommendations, and checks drawingsObserves safety and security proceduresReports potentially unsafe conditionsUses equipment and materials properlyAccepts other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering is required, PE preferred10+ or more years working as a Process Design Engineer in one or more of these service areas: chemical, petrochemical, polymer, and refineryExperience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel), and process simulation software, such as ChemCADExperience with project scheduling and managing engineering budgetUnderstanding and knowledge of process industry codes and standardsKnowledge of process safety management codesExperience with process hazards analysisInterested in hearing more?
