Job Title: Research & Development TechnicianPosition Overview:The R&D Laboratory Technician will perform a variety of research and development laboratory duties. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining bench chemistry experiments, preparing standards and solutions, and calibrating analytical equipment. The role involves working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, regularly interacting with operations and engineering personnel. The candidate will conduct experiments, develop formulations, and work independently on projects related to fabric care, household cleaners, and other related products.Hard Skills:

Experience doing performance testing on products.

Experience doing formulation testing.

Experience doing demo development.

Proficiency working with operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Industry experience working heavily with bench chemistry experiments.

Preparation of analytical standards, reagents, and test solutions.

Routine analytical tests (filtrations, separations, titrations, pH, etc.).
