Implement the following Production Planning functionality:Production Planning Demand ManagementPlanning-based MRPPlanning Strategies for Make-to-Stock and Make-to-OrderImplementation of Requirements PlanningMRP Processing ResultsProduction Planning Master Data: Material Master, BOM, Classes, Characteristics, Work Centers, Routing, Production Resources, etc.Order-controlled Production with Production OrdersProduction with Process Orders, Repetitive Manufacturing, KANBAN, and Capacity Planning Implement the following Quality Management functionality:QM in Production- Inspection of Produced Materials both during and post confirmation, Inspection Point Processing, Defects Recording and QM Notification processingQM In Procurement – Certificate of Analysis Receipt Processing, Inspection of Procured Material, Source Inspections, Supplier Qualification (Supplier Relationship Profile), Defects Recording and QM Notification processingQM In Sales – Inspection for a Delivery, Outgoing Certificate of Analysis Processing, Defects Recording and QM Notification processingBatch Management in QM- Transfer of Inspection Results from Inspection to Batch RecordSample ManagementAudit Management Quality Notification ProcessingQM Master Data- Inspection Plans, Material Specs, Inspection Characteristics, Sampling Procedures, Inspection Methods, Certification Profiles, etc. Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the design authority on the projects ensuring the quality and integrity of Production Planning and Quality Management solutions being implemented is aligned to industry best practiceDocument client production planning requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutionsConfigure the SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solution and perform initial testingIdentify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customizationTest the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of Production Planning and Quality Management requirementsTrain users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report executionSupport end users during hyper care immediately after go-live for the new SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutionsProvide thought leadership to clients and its customers focused on Supply Chain strategy specifically in the Production Planning and Quality Management areas and the Production Planning / Quality Management road map Exhibit the following consulting competencies:Candidate is able to communicate, influence, convince and inspire effectively by own personality and act as a trusted role model and advisor within the Production Planning and Quality Management solution architecture field of expertise.Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing Production Planning and Quality Management solutions for the resolution of complex requirements.Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; within client locally and globally, external customers, suppliers and partners to become a trusted advisor in your of field of expertise.Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind.
