A client of Vaco is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis! Candidate must be local to Columbus as this is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days onsite each week. Compensation ranges from $115k - $125k based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical solutions based upon user specifications
  • Work with team members to gather requirements, write technical design documents, test, debug, and help implement programs
  • Provide technical assignments and provide solutions
  • Perform code reviews
  • Be a technical mentor for less senior engineers on the team
  • Focus primarily on customer-facing platforms and new product development within the logistics space

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of professional, hands-on experience is

    required, within .NET framework, utilizing C#, and building enterprise applications with ASP.NET and Web API
  • Additional experience with the following technologies:
    • HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Vue.JS
    • ORMS, such as Entity Framework
    • Writing & consuming REST based web services
    • Unit and integration testing
    • Relational database experience
    • Azure DevOps for CI/CD
  • Experience with AWS (such as SQS, API Gateway) is a plus
  • Experience building platforms that utilize micro-services is a plus
