Experience
  • At least 6 – 12 months working within Service Desk environment, showing experience of systems, support, diagnostic and resolution
  • Must have availability to work all 3 shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone handling etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Understanding of ITIL working practices
  • Problem solving associated with a mixed computing environment
  • Influencing the application of IT to working practices
  • Experience of Customer Relation Management
