Shift Supervisor

Leadman/shift supervisor for 1st shift. Lead the burning department with 2 oxy and 2 plasma machines. Responsible for scheduling work to the floor, safety and meeting production demands.

High school diploma or equal is a must. 2 years of supervising in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints. Good communication skills. Multitasking and working to deadlines are a daily part of the job. Skilled in quality processes is ideal. ISO 9001 experience is ideal.
