- Individual accountable for the design, development, implementation, and support of authentication and authorization services currently leveraging Digital's SiteMinder and LDAP implementation. Past experience with SiteMinder and LDAP is required but candidates with experience with similar security products will be considered (e.g. Nok Nok, Forgerock). The candidate also needs to possess development skills and have an SRE mindset as the associate builds are highly automated/scripted. Moreover, the candidate should possess knowledge of virtual hosting, load balancing, firewall, and overall network technologies and willingness to be part of an on-call support roto. Experience with AWS or other public cloud services would be considered a plus.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to middleware products such as SiteMinder, CA LDAP, ForgeRock, and Nok Nok.
- Supply recommended Identity Management Solutions for business processes and challenges.
- Perform duties regarding engagement, change management, and escalations.
- Provide support for enterprise-sized web applications.
- Build cloud objects like Agents, ACOs, Policies, Domains, and User Directories using automation methods.
- Integrate third party Applications using SAML for both Inbound and Outbound communication from firm.
- Configure Policy Store, Key Store, and User Store.
- Educate application teams on how to integrate for Web Agent based Authentication and Authorization.
- Assist junior engineers with application-related questions.
- Follow Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach to automate infrastructure provisioning, builds, configs management using terraform, BitBucket and Jenkins. and support end-to-end product life cycle management.
- Expertise in Shell and Python scripting.
- Build, deploy and configure EC2 instances and containerize EKS in AWS.
- Dynamic Scaling of EC2 & Auto Scaling the instances as required.
