Reilly’s Reliable Building Services is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable skilled trades people to join our growing network of subcontractors. Our projects include occupied homes, vacant units, and luxury multifamily residential properties.

Opportunities for:-

Plumbers (must have license)

HVAC engineers (Must have license)

Painters

Cleaners

Janitorial cleaners

Carpenters

Electricians

Requirements:

Must have an active LLC and valid insurance

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in painting and/or residential/commercial cleaning

Ability to work in occupied and unoccupied units with respect for residents and property

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship

Strong communication and time management skills

Own tools, equipment, and transportation
