The role is responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of Low Code/No Code applications (Sharepoint, Power Apps, etc) for customers across a variety of technology platforms and/or business lines. It provides production support for users of software while keeping abreast of current technologies to enhance software design & development.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Design, prototype, and develop, debug, test, deploy, support and document moderately complex Low Code/No Code software
  • Analyze moderately complex customer business needs and recommend and implement automated solutions to increase process automation, user experience, and launch of new products and services.
  • Gather requirements, build, debug, test, deploy, support and document moderately complex automated solutions
  • Drive working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met
  • Act as a liaison with developers, external, and/or internal, regarding moderately complex system and environmental requirements and problem resolution.
  • Provide ongoing moderately complex technical support to customers. Provide automation and technical support during all phases of the process development lifecycle
  • Comply with SAFR, DLP, Privacy and audit requirements
  • Participate in technology projects and develop project management artifacts and documentation
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education & Experience
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate or similar Low Code/No Code
  • Experience with an RPA tool (UiPath preferred) a plus
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Remedy, and Jira

Knowledge Area
  • Knowledge of technical architectures, infrastructure, and business processes, procedures and practices
  • Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem Solving, and System Testing, including UAT and Bug Fixes
  • Database or content management system query, design and development
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, etc.)
