Our client, a leader in their industry, needs a talented Software Developer to join their team. You will play a hands-on role in the planning, design, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of various applications.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Software Developer: - Build relationships with peers, business users, and internal/external clients
- Drive and influence business opportunities for supported systems
- Provide technical support for assigned applications
- Provide on-call technical support for applications and systems
Requirements of the Software Developer: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and experience
- 4+ years of experience implementing and troubleshooting system applications required
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Computer network fundamentals
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
