Software Engineering - Core JavaBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Software Engineering - Core Java for an opportunity in Columbus, OH.Job: Software Engineering - Core Java Location: Columbus, OH Estimated Duration: 6 Months Description:Expert in Core Java and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles. Roles and Responsibilities: Depth of knowledge in Java, Spring, React & RDBMS Depth of knowledge with Microservice and event architecture Depth of knowledge with testing practices with unit, component , contracts, and end-to-end Depth of knowledge with software development lifecycle using agile and practices like ATDD, BDD and TDD Advance knowledge on CI/CD tools and principles to develop, review, modify and maintain CI/CD tools/platforms Provide engineering leadership to improve the productivity of Tech teams / members by improving, automating and enabling product capabilities Experience with open source and cloud based technologies About BCforward:BCforward began as an IT business solutions and staffing firm.
