Scorpacciata Pasta Co. is opening our brick and mortar! We are a completely scratch kitchen, making everything from pizza dough to pasta in house. We have been in business five years with our beginnings in the Van Aken market hall in Shaker. Our new location is on Larchmere which is close too Opportunity Corridor and the rapid. We're building a 3200 sq. ft. dine in and carry out restaurant with some of our old staples and will be changing our specials with the seasons. We deal with local companies to keep everything in Cleveland's seasons and companies. Our Sous Chefs will work 50 hours a week (this includes health insurance) and help with everything around the restaurant including; knowing all work stations, ability to lead staff, delegate and help with menu creation.
