Intended to supplement additional alerting/production events in a 24x7 model. Resources cover front and back of monitoring and first line of defense in each timezone. aria-hidden="true" Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace and other application monitoring tools. aria-hidden="true" Experience with web/Application servers like IBM Websphere, Apache Tomcat, IBM Datapower. aria-hidden="true" Experience with Python is preferable. aria-hidden="true" Good Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management functions. aria-hidden="true" Working knowledge of Distributed applications and Middleware Platform.
