Overall projects will vary but will be in the accounting and finance field.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Review G/L accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries

Maintain general ledger chart of accounts

Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals

Perform account analysis

Reconciliations; bank and inter-company general ledger accounts

Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close

Prepare financial statements and trial balance

Full process A/P, A/R and Payroll

BS/BA Accounting

5+ years of relevant experience; month-end close, general ledger, journal entries, etc.

Advanced Microsoft Excel; Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros

Advanced ERP experience in SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft or Great Plains

Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
