Our direct, Fortune 500 client is looking for an experienced, REMOTE IT Business Systems Analyst for a long-term, extendable contract position. You'd be joining an exciting team as a liaison between the Business and IT on a variety of application and system development projects. Your primary responsibility would involve requirements elicitation, documentation, and management within TFS/Azure DevOps. Former experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is required!

Day to Day Responsibilities: - Collaborate with IT and Business to create Systems/Business Requirement Document and Story cards. - Be able to write/translate requirements in Gherkin format - Attend project meetings and run small self-led efforts as a Scrum master (if needed) - Participate and engage with project team to learn about requirements and test functionality from user acceptance perspective.

Essential Skills:

- Need a very strong candidate who can operate independently and has proven experience with Requirements gathering. - Strong Azure DevOps and requirements gathering experience - Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements - Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels. - Strong technical aptitude and proven analytical skills required. Demonstrates the ability to understand technical requirements, concepts and procedures. - Writing business requirements - Facilitation Skills - comfortable leading/participating in requirement sessions - Take initiative and be self driven - Good learning agility and willing to learn new functionality - Stay engaged and be accountable

Plusses:

- TFS / Azure DevOps for requirements management and collaboration - Experience working in Agile SCRUM environment - Gherkin statements (given/when/then format) for acceptance criteria
