MasterBrand is looking for an enthusiastic, process-oriented Senior Content Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The MasterBrand Digital Marketing team is responsible for the strategic execution of the company’s digital marketing initiatives and strategy and will also be expected to enable the evolution of brand-specific digital strategy. The selected candidate will report directly to the Web Content Manager and work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to maintain and enhance content across multiple brand websites and supporting MarTech tools.Responsibilities:Navigate and perform common content author functions within Wordpress CMS and SitecoreDemonstrate and apply a strong knowledge of digital content best practices in the areas of:On-page SEO and metadataWebsite accessibility standards (WCAG)UX and UIDemonstrate and apply high competency inProcess-driven communicationProactive troubleshooting and ideationCreative problem solvingAbility to communicate easily with developers/technical support to gain understanding and convey enhancement needsSynthesizing inputs from the Digital Marketing Team (SEO, Campaign, Analytics, Social) into actionable insightsAligning with the Web Content Manager on brand-specific strategy to stay in-step with the overarching strategyAligning with the Commercial Marketing Manager(s) to ensure brand-specific digital strategy incorporates both digital marketing insight-driven actions and business priorities and objectivesThe ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop in these areas:Understand MasterBrand go-to-market strategy and brandsUnderstand brand objectives and translate them into strategic, creative digital approachesCollaborate with internal business partners as a subject matter expert to design, build and execute content marketingExecute complex content updates to support product launchesWork with the business and Digital Marketing specialists to execute omni-channel campaignsContinually brainstorm new and creative lead generation and audience growth strategies across the brand sitesManage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional business and technical teams
