About the RoleThis Superintendent leads the daily field operations of large multi-family residential projects — keeping the jobsite safe, coordinated, on schedule, and fully aligned with quality standards. You’ll be the on-site command center: directing subs, managing inspections, tracking progress, and making real-time field decisions to keep the project moving.What You’ll DoPreconstructionAssist in schedule development, site logistics, and phasingSupport constructability reviewsHelp develop bid packages and scopes of workAssist with subcontractor bidding, awarding, and procurementConstruction ExecutionDirect all day-to-day field activitiesLead subcontractor coordination and jobsite operationsManage field cost control and productivityImplement project schedule and sequencingEnforce quality standards and lead punch-out effortsTroubleshoot field issues proactivelyProduce daily reports and gather subcontractor reportsRun Foreman meetings; document minutesMaintain as-builts, field documents, and site recordsEnsure jobsite security, safety, and full complianceManage all inspections, permits, and code requirementsSupport OAC meetings and partner closely with the Project ManagerLeadership & DevelopmentMentor Assistant Supers and Field EngineersReinforce company procedures and best practicesHelp mitigate project risks and maintain project disciplineBusiness Development (Light)Participate in RFQ/RFP effortsJoin project interviews as needed
