As a supervisor of the Revenue Cycle Billing Support team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to ensure all timelines and goals are met for assigned team members. You will supervise a team of Billing Support colleagues that are responsible for various tasks the Revenue Cycle Billing Support team oversees. This includes monitoring quality and performance metrics, resolving escalated concerns, collaborating with other departments, and provide coaching as necessary. This position is a virtual position.Additional responsibilities and job duties includes:

This position requires oversight/workflow management of a multitude of tasks within various software programs, operating systems, and websites.

Knowledge and understanding of all tasks the Billing Support team is responsible for to backup other Supervisor as needed

Monitoring of production and quality assurance to ensure metrics are met for direct reports

Provide feedback timely of any issues

Coaching direct reports as needed including working with leadership to complete disciplinary action as required

Training of colleagues and new hires as needed

Oversight of day-to-day operations of team to ensure workflow aligned

Attending meetings and setting up meetings

Assist management with tasks as needed

Back up to other team members as needed

Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable federal and states laws, rules, and regulations.

Complete monthly production and quality assurance reviews along with reviewing any occurrences for each direct report

Meeting with each direct report monthly to provide updates and feedback

Complete annual and bi-annual performance reviews for employees and provide timely feedback

Creation of goals annually

Create a work environment for employees through team building, coaching, constructive feedback, work delegation, personal example and goal setting that encourages creativity, open dialogue on work issues, professional growth, and a consistent, high level of performance; encourage and support employee decision-making within his or her scope of responsibilities

Develop and maintain capabilities in technology applications and all other related information systems, tools, technologies, and processes; assist other employees as needed to ensure all tools are fully utilized to create an efficient and effective department

Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas

Annual compliance training

Review, create and update training documents as needed

Identify and implement process efficiencies across the dept. including automation opportunities or workflow enhancement opportunities to reduce manual efforts and improve productivity and overall compliance

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisory experience

Experience in a clerical, data entry, administrative, or other office role highly preferred

Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume setting with strict turnaround timelines

Healthcare industry knowledge helpful

Effective multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

Effective verbal and written communication as well as listening skills

Intermediate to strong computer and typing skills

Knowledge of the following software/programs: Service Now, Sales Force, and Workday

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
