Position Overview: We are seeking an SVP of Sales Rep Development to join our leadership team and drive our sales strategy to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance door-to-door sales teams. Experience in alarm systems sales is preferred, but we will consider candidates with success in other industries who are ready for the challenge. As a key figure in the organization, you will work closely with senior management to shape the future of our sales force, focusing on training, coaching, and optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the sales team and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Lead by example in the field, showcasing hands-on leadership to drive success and inspire others.

Develop team leaders to support your role, scaling the sales team effectively.

Implement systems for performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Provide consistent feedback and motivation to sales teams to ensure success and development.

Continuously assess sales processes, tools, and technology to improve productivity and efficiency.

Drive new sales techniques and best practices, ensuring reps are always at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of building successful door-to-door sales teams, preferably in alarms or similar industries. Other industries will be considered for the right candidate.

Must be able to lead by example in the field and effectively build a team.

Ability to scale operations and develop team leaders to support long-term success.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse sales teams.

Experience in sales coaching, training programs, and performance management.

Knowledge of sales performance tools and metrics.

Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving goals in a competitive market.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.

Commission: Performance-based commission structure to reward results.

Override: Additional earnings through team performance and management.

Profit Sharing: Share in the success of the company with profit-sharing opportunities as part of the leadership team.
