Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies
Lead negotiations with labor unions, ensuring the alignment with organizational objectives
Manage and resolve labor disputes and grievances in a timely manner
Advise management and HR on labor relations issues and strategies
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
Foster positive relationships with labor representatives and employees
Analyze labor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor relations or a similar role within a complex, unionized environment
Proven track record of successful negotiation and conflict resolution with labor unions
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to strategize, implement, and adapt labor relations policies and procedures
