- 5 or more years of experience in design, development, modification and testing of Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- 10 or more years of experience developing with SQL
- 10 or more years of experience building BI reports and dashboards against dimensional data warehouses
- Experience with MPP Databases (Snowflake, RedShift, etc.)
- Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies
- Experience scheduling Tableau alerts and subscriptions on Tableau Server
- Experience with Cognos business intelligence tool
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance systems
- Knowledge of Ohio business model and processes
- Experience using SQL Development Tools
- Experience developing and modifying scripts in a Windows environment
- Skill in the use of organizational tools & methods (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams)
