The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Human Resources Talent Team delivers high quality solutions for developing and retaining talent across the Consumer and Community Bank, which is comprised of the following lines of business: Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Auto, Card, Connected Commerce, Business Banking, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Operations, Product and Experience, and Controls. The team partners with the HR executives and senior business leaders to deliver a strategic talent development agenda to drive business value through leadership development, building professional skills, overall capabilities, and effectiveness.As a Talent Development Associate, you will partner with the Talent Development colleagues and the broader CCB HR team to support the delivery of talent management, succession planning and readiness, promotion processes, performance development, performance management, talent business operations, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and team/leader effectiveness.You must effectively manage projects, perform data analysis, and create executive level presentations. You as the ideal candidate should be able to define and manage project activities, analyze data to provide insights, and communicate findings through clear and compelling presentations. You must have Human Resources experience and be able to work with and protect highly sensitive data in a confidential manner. in order to achieve success in this role You will need to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve a desired outcome.Job Responsibilities

Utilize formal project management skills, including the identification and management of scope, design, build and deploy stages of key deliverables for multiple overlapping projects related to manager effectiveness, team effectiveness, leadership readiness and development

Responsible for maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk/issues, as well as the development and presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management

Support cross functional process improvement initiatives and drive outcomes leveraging project management skills

Support Performance Development through a deep understanding of the process and tools and delivering on reporting and analysis needs.

Responsible for supporting CCB Talent Strategic Initiatives, including data tracking and analysis

Build a variety of reports and dashboards to support Talent and Performance Development, inclusive of automation where possible using Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or other tools

Liaise with the firm wide Executive Induction Team and other internal stakeholders to assist in the delivery of a white glove MD Onboarding experience

Provide ad hoc support to assist in the delivery of business management deliverables, including the CCB Talent All Hands Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, cross sub-lob Talent Advisory requests

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of Human Resources processes, data, and technology platforms including: HCM, Business Objects, Tableau, and Work Force Analytics. Able to develop and modify Business Objects reports using multiple universes.

Intermediate problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop, analyze, and create data visuals to be used within basic to complex executive level reporting and presentations

Must be highly skilled in Excel (Pivot tables, graphs, VLOOKUP, If Then statements, other complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word; experience using Tableau and / or Alteryx is a plus

Able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong project management, organization, and time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help advance project agenda

Must be highly organized, able to prioritize work, keep key partners informed and engaged as appropriate, and meet deadlines while maintaining utmost confidentiality

Effective interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

B.A. degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered
