- Responsible for leading entire life cycle of transitioning technology operations to co-source model through to steady state service.
- Develop and implement technology operation practice to meet audit, security & risk standards, controls and compliance including reporting & KPIs.
- Formulate disaster recovery and resiliency approach including roadmap and processes that align with business recovery goals.
- Assist in transformation of technology operational processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study;
- Or Associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
- In addition to any experience required above, 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Strong Communication Skills
- 4-5 years business analyst or project management experience in a co-source or outsourced operating model preferred
- 1-2 years leading regulatory compliance activities to meet company requirements preferred
- 2 + years of experience in large operational model transformations through company acquisition, divestitures or organizational redesign preferred
- Leading vendor management activities with emphasis on compliance preferred
