The Technical Applications Supervisor role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the supervision of a team of Field Technical Application Specialists to ensure customer needs and expectations are met in a timely manner. The role will oversee the installation of all instrumentation, training of operators in the use of Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment and providing ongoing support to customers. The supervisor ensures the department's regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures are adhered to, certifying all Technical Application Specialists activities comply with established Standard of Work.This position is part of the Central Area Applications Team located in the Central United States and will be fully remote (US based). The essential requirements of the job include:Team adherence to Beckman Coulter Policies and Procedures
Team Engagement – Building teamwork and productivity
Resolve routine technically complex problems using subject matter experts and coordinates resources to meet the business need
Work with project coordinators to schedule instrument implementations in the region
Team achievement of company and project goals as assigned by Area Applications Manager and Senior Leadership
Conduct regular strategy meetings to drive actions and follow up with the team
Perform effectivity checks, evaluations, coaching and mentoring, inclusive of mid- year and end of year performance reviews
High School Diploma with 8+ years of field diagnostic experience OR Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory Science with 5+ years of field diagnostics experience OR Master of Science degree in same field with 3+ years of field diagnostic experience
2+ years of experience leading others (people management)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Smartsheet

Excel
MBA degree a plus
