This opportunity is 100% remote! Candidate MUST reside in the United States. No 3rd parties. Candidate is required to be a W2 employee of Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. during this assignment.The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience. Responsibilities:• Work with Business / Contacts to refine Business Requirements into IT Requirements• Create Story Cards for all IT Projects for (2) Teams (about 14 Developers / QA)• Work with Scrum Master to schedule / run all meetings associated with project process• Work with Developers / QA to ensure all Story Card tasks are consistent with Requirements• Small work assignments (10% to 20% of time). Current projects included updating Data Models, and creating User Profile DB.• Lead all Requirements Analyst function for team.• Lead and attend / participate in all workflow meetings.• Develop Azure DevOps (ADO) story / requirement cards.• Research / analyze / review all software development work requests.• Work with Business / IT contacts to develop IT requirements and ADO cards.• Learn and understand Digital Communications systems to better document system / application enhancements and fixes.Required Skills:• Ability to define software development / software testing requirements and document dependencies in ADO.• Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements.• Must have strong organizational and priority setting skills.• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business partners, technical developers, and quality assurance analysts.Preferred Skills:• Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Ability to manage requirements gathering meetings and drive meetings to end-state deliverables.• Strong analytical skills and forward thinkingAbout EIS:Since 1997, Exodus Integrity Services, Inc.
