Technical Consultant SuccessFactors - PM/GM ( Performance Management / Goal Management) for one of its clients in Canton, OH – RemoteTitle: Technical Consultant SuccessFactors - PM/GM ( Performance Management / Goal Management)Required Skills:- Min 2+ years of experience or 3+ life cycles of SuccessFactors PM/GM implementation and or Production Support.
- Experience setting up Success Factors Compensation Templates, Compensation Statements.
- Experience in setting up Merit, BonShort Term Incentive.
- SIT Plans, Stock or LTI plans.
- Experience in setting Up Variable Pay Plan Templates.
- Experience setting up Success Factors Goal Plan Templates
- Experience in setting Up Performance Plan Templates.
- Compensation/Variable Pay – Modules.
- Experience Supporting the Compensation Life Cycle.
- Experience in Budget, Eligibility rules, Guidelines, Plan setups, Designing Worksheets etc., in SF Compensation.
- Experience in Cascading Goals from Executive team to Sr. Management team.
- Configuration and setup of Route maps, Rating Scales SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of Integration of data between EC and COMP module.
- SF active Certification in Compensation(required) and preferably in Variable Pay Module.
- Must have good comm. Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience
