Mortgage Company in Columbus OHSHIFT & PAY: 8:00am8:00pm. This resource would be responsible for monitoring production systems and facilitating the quick resolution of any issues that arise. Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor Production Systems, facilitating quick resolution to any alert that occurs
- Monitor incoming emails (both system-generated and customer originated)
- Detail oriented, and displays logical thought process
- Facilitate conference bridge calls of technical resources when there are issues
- Interface/communicate with technical staff both in person and via phone
- Answer external and internal phone calls, assisting the individual in a helpful and professional manner
- Perform system check-outs as outlined
- Perform facility walks looking for any unexpected issues
- Maintain department documentation and update when needed.
- Work with developers and QA in the deployment of customer and internal applications.
