We are seeking a person who is great on the phone and can assist people with problems with their air conditioning systems. You must be very technical and able to learn about our systems quickly and diagnose problems over the phone. You must also have a lot of patience and enjoy speaking with people.
The job is part-time and may become full-time. It is between 9:30 and 3:00 daily. The job will also require visiting job sites in the NYC/NJ area.
Must be able to start immediately.
