FedNow, ABSNow, and NIRT are the major clients for HRCE. The TSM role Impact of role is both widespread and vertical and will be accountable for:
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with FedNow and represent their interests in the planning and implementation of services.
  • Proactively identify new service needs or business opportunities, and represents clients in technology planning efforts.
  • Ensuring resolution and completion of events, changes, problems, incidents, and requests within appropriate process guidelines.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and other resources to update and maintain progress status.
  • Identifying and analyzing service trends and requests fulfillment to proactively anticipate further service levels.
  • Leading initiatives, as appropriate, representing Services Delivery to Business and Reserve Bank Partners.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional area.
  • General knowledge of department/business lines, Reserve Banks, and / or System operations, policies, procedures and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and negotiation skills to interpret results, develop communications and recommend improvements.
  • Able to present information within all settings in a credible, confident and influential manner. Communicates in a concise, direct and purposeful way.
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
  • Understanding and application of risk management discipline in decision making, and contributing to his or her function`s risk management.
  • Ability to work independently on broad assignments or under general directions as to scope or objectives.
  • Flexibility to work extended work hours.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • The hiring range of the Advanced Technology Services Manager is 131,000 - 170,000 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
