Elevare Branding is seeking a driven and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our Cincinnati team.This position is designed for individuals who want to build strong leadership, communication, organization, and team management skills while gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day business operations.As a Trainee Leader, you will work alongside experienced team members, learn how to support and coordinate teams, assist with operational priorities, and gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities as you develop within the role.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily team operations and help maintain an organized, productive work environment.Work closely with team leaders to understand business goals, priorities, and performance expectations.Assist with coordinating team activities and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.Develop leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Support team members with daily objectives and operational needs.Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, team efficiency, and overall performance.Participate in training and professional development activities.Communicate professionally with team members, leadership, and customers when required.Take initiative and demonstrate accountability in assigned responsibilities.Prepare for increased leadership responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop.
