Training & Education Program CoordinatorAs a critical member of the Coronary Education and Market Enablement team, you will be responsible for event coordination, logistics (contracting/BEO), tracking and capturing event metrics, and consistently updating budgets to ensure all programs stay in corporate guidelines.Your role:

Manages all logistics for training and education events, including scheduling, staffing, transportation, accommodation, supporting materials, AV support, facility arrangements, budget tracking, and contracts.

Defines and maintains process and protocol documents for pre-event planning, event execution, and post-event engagement; driving and executing protocols for all events, including scheduling pre-event meetings with stakeholders, being available for day-of troubleshooting, and conducting after-action reports to refine processes.

Maintain internal and external event calendars, attendee rosters, and communication to ensure all attendee requirements are met; document and track HCP invoicing and spend, including honoraria, facility use, and content development and delivery as well as ensuring current contracts are in place for physicians and facilities, and track for renewal.

Capture and track information and metrics for simulation and education event participants, and update events and attendees in the online event management portal; utilize critical platforms and software including Steeprock, Texting Tools, MS Office, Salesforce, and CVENT and coordinate with vendors for Med Ed Programs, managing POs and payments as needed. This includes maintaining accurate expense details and manage expense reporting by reconciling Meeting Card in a timely and compliant manner.

Collaborate with MARCOM for digital event needs and promotional activities, proactively handle and troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise on the event day and communicate independently with all levels of HCPs before, during and after the event for follow requirements.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years of large event planning experience with at least 1 year of experience operating in CVENT and the ability to manage several projects at once.

Your skills include proficiency in MS Office, CVENT, Project Management, ability to coordinate the team to execution of an event, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills to develop connections with customers and vendors.

You have a Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred OR equivalent work experience required.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You are able to travel 50-60% of the time.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
