We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager to support our Used Car Manager, lead our team, and contribute significantly to our operational success.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional ready to take the next step in their career, leveraging their extensive experience to mentor others.

What We're Looking For:

A Confident & Proactive Person: You possess strong interpersonal skills, can confidently guide a team, and are eager to take initiative.

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in retail and sales.

Strong Supervisory Skills: Experience in assisting with team management, training new hires, motivating staff, and fostering a positive sales environment.

Operational Support: Capable of assisting with various aspects of used car operations, including inventory management, merchandising, customer follow-up, and dealership processes.

Customer-Centric Focus: A genuine commitment to ensuring an outstanding customer experience, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to identify challenges and contribute to practical solutions.

Integrity & Professionalism: A strong ethical approach to business and customer interactions.

Drug-Free: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain a drug-free status throughout employment.

Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required.
