Kelly Services is seeking a with a Portfolio or Work Samples for one of our top clients Cleveland, OH.Length: 11/29/2021- 05/28/2022 (Contract W2) Type: Contract W2-There is no "per diem" with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position. Pay Rate: $56.00/hr. (W2) Rate is negotiable Interview Process: The manager will conduct interviews through Teams. A second group interview could be scheduled if needed.The candidate would work with our Global Color UX team on key Performance Coatings Group (PCG) projects. If the candidate is local, he/she would work from our Warrensville or downtown location one to two days a week and remote the other days. If they are not local, they will work remotely except for those times when we'd like them to visit CLE. Likely between 1/month or 1/quarter - depending on need.The Global User Experience Team is seeking a User Experience Designer III who will have the opportunity to help shape the concept, design, and execution of some of the company leading web applications while working alongside colleagues in a dynamic, agile environment. They would work on Global Color's Color Retrieval System.- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and define requirements for websites and software applications.
- Oversee usability and design research for each project using techniques like contextual inquiry, competitive analysis, etc to understand usage problems.
- Support UX strategy and process definition within the company.

- Participate in all phases of the development process.
- Translate business and user needs into usable, visually compelling, and technically sound interactive solutions, utilizing multiple technologies.
- Communicate concepts using a variety of methods (i.e., wireframes, mockups, prototypes) in order to help stakeholders envision proposed designs.
- Conduct heuristic evaluation and task-based usability tests to validate design solutions.
- Help establish and maintain UI consistency across designed systems.
- Support development team through iterative lifecycle of design implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering and customer support on the implementation, training, and support of design solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
- 5+ years of professional, practical B2B experience solving complex problems. We'd prefer the candidate to have a BA in a UX-related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing usable interfaces for the web using a variety of methods (i.e., wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating breadth and creativity and proven experience building wireframes, developing prototypes, and performing UX research. Please indicate your specific roles and contributions for each project submitted as part of the portfolio.
- Practical experience working on complex systems and/or software
- Practical experience working with a design system and/or working with customizing existing UI frameworks
- Practical experience working on large company/enterprise solutions
- Practical UX design or research experience in automotive/transportation repair
- Experience creating compelling visual design comps with Figma a plus.
