Our direct, F100 client is looking for a UX Designer to join their organization in a long-term contract position. Our client just launched an internal application and are in need of a UX Designer resource to help them enhance the application, making it better for internal customers to explore it. The ideal candidate will have a strong User Experience design background, as well as extensive experience using InVision and Sketch for Wireframing and Prototyping. This would be a fully remote position, folowing a EST schedule Key activities include: - Incorporates product vision, business objectives, creativity and thought leadership into the UX design process - Facilitate ideation and alignment workshops and meeting with the team - Iterates through the design process based on feedback - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Agile development teams - Advocate and help breakdown user research needs - Advocate for accessibility and ease-of-use design - Ability to manage multiple product concepts simultaneously - Design and prototype utilizing Sketch and Invision software - Design development ready prototypes and wireframes using visual/interaction/responsive design principles Is this something you are interested in?
