VP of Finance

Description Robert Half is looking for a VP of Finance for a growing Cincinnati based non for profit. The VP of Finance is responsible for month-end close, audit, financial reporting, and budgeting and forecasting. The VP of Finance core responsibilities are below. For immediate consideration please contact Jarrod Moon at (859)229-3603.Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:cost accounting and managerial accounting, cash management and financial analysis, and management of debt and investments. Highlights A/R past due accounts to senior management for further action. Also responsible for capital budget control, insurance coverage and coordination, payroll based journal and other required payroll reporting. Responsible for supervising Business Office, Revenue Cycle, Accounting and Purchasing.Requirements Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance Proficiency in using 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and Concur is required Should have experience in CRM and be well-versed in Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Must have a good understanding of the Annual Budget and Budget Processes Experience in Auditing, Budgeting, and Budgeting - Forecasting is required Should be proficient in Audit - Financial, Billing, and Billing Collection Experience in Fund Accounting - Non-Profit is highly desirable Should be able to handle tasks related to Audit and Budgeting Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
