The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Xplor Pay which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Importantly, as Xplor Pay is in a very high growth mode, the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory.The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.Demonstrate integrity and ethics in representing the Xplor Pay brandDrive team to exceed the sales plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis by utilizing Xplor Pay's systemic approach to activity management and accountabilityOptimize the team by maximizing the performance of current team members while simultaneously recruiting high-performing new team membersProvide succinct, insightful reporting to management; accurately forecast future sales; forward proactive recommendations to address key issues or concernsSolicit and manage key partner relationships (associations, VARs, other)Ensure professionalism of team members in communications, attendance of training sessions and use of social media toolsMarket additional Xplor Pay products and services as they are introduced under company guidelinesLearn and understand all hardware, software, and reporting offered by Xplor Pay and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients, and Account ExecutivesDemonstrate expertise and knowledge of Xplor Pay's programs (Compass, gateway, etc.) and provide consistent reinforcement of the Xplor Pay selling system to direct reports
