Job Overview:A Warehouse Voice Picker selects goods from stock to fill orders and packs orders into appropriate containers for shipment to customers.Essential Job Functions:

Locate and select goods from stock to fill orders using a voice picking system, ensuring product quality and order accuracy.

Utilize standardized procedures to carefully pack product into outbound cartons in a manner to prevent breakage or damage

Ensure correct shipping information is attached and deliver completed orders to shipping area.

Responsible for the quality and the quantity of work performed

Willingness to cross-train and provide support to all warehouse functions.

Performs any other duties deemed necessary as assigned.

Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or GED

Proficient mathematical skills

Ability to read and write in English

Physically agile with the ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift and lift/maneuver 50 lbs.

Ability to work cohesively with a diverse range of people

A flexible attitude towards job duties and are able to perform a variety of tasks upon request

Excellent listening skills and possesses the ability to follow and reply to system voice commands

Must perform any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor

Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) months of prior Voice Pick experience.Physical Requirements:

Must be able to always (95% - 100%) lift and maneuver 10 pounds in any range of motion combination from ground/ankle height through above shoulder height for the 8-hour shift.

Must be able to frequently (65% - 90%) lift and maneuver 25 pounds in any range of motion combination from ground/ankle height through above shoulder height for the 8-hour shift.

Must be able to often (35% - 60%) lift and maneuver 40 pounds in any range of motion combination from ground/ankle height through above shoulder height for the 8-hour shift.

Must be able to frequently (65% - 90%) walk and stand for the 8-hour shift.

Travel Requirements: On-site critical position. Travel not required.
