Modis is working with an exciting client looking to add a skilled remote Web Developer to their team to help design, develop and test web and mobile software. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end focus with Vue.js or other similar JavaScript framework.

Job Responsibilities for the Web Developer:
  • Design, develop, and test business software to solve specific problems and meet the needs of users.
  • Work with management, department heads, and users to analyze technology needs and determine how software can address those needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing in-house software applications/technology tools.
  • Develop internal integrations with third-party systems and platforms, often utilizing web services.

    • Job Requirements for the Web Developer:
  • 4-year college degree in MIS or Computer Science
  • 3 to 5 years web/mobile development and .NET development
  • Experience with SQL programming (Microsoft SQL Server preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET Standard/Core programming using Visual Basic or C#
  • Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript Platforms (Vue Js preferred)

    • Employment Type: Full-Time, Mostly on-site in Columbus, OH Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
