Weekend Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a Weekend Assistant Property Manager for our upscale apartment complex in Westerville. This position is weekends only with occasional coverage for the Property Manager during the week, as needed.

Hours are:

Saturdays 11am – 4pm (5 hours)

Sundays 11am – 4pm (5 hours)

Pay is: $20.00/hour.

Duties include:

Showing and renting vacant apartments to prospective residents

Interacting with current residents in-person, by phone, and by email

Channeling maintenance requests

Rent collection

Coordinating move-ins and move-outs

Using our property management software program
