Job Title: Welder/FitterJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Welder/Fitter, available on both 1st shift (MON-FRI: 5:30a-2:30p) and 3rd shift (SUN-THUR: 7:00p-4:30a). This position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.75 to $23.75 per hour, with a $1.75/hr shift differential for 3rd shift. As a Welder/Fitter, you will be responsible for MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication on Structural Steel or Stainless Steel. Your tasks will include following blueprints for the fitting and fabrication of parts, performing welds up to 1/2 inch, grinding and prepping parts for welding, measuring and cutting parts to size, and using an overhead crane daily. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the shop during down times. This role requires a commitment to safety and an openness to work around 10 hours of overtime per week, including mandatory Saturdays.Hard Skills
