Total Maintenance Solution is a locally owned commercial cleaning and property maintenance company located in Blue Ash, OH.

We are looking for experienced work-from-home/ home-based appointment setters to cold call and set appointments within a 40-mile radius of Cincinnati for our Sales Representatives. Call lists and suggested scripting are provided!

This is a great opportunity to work when your schedule allows, with unlimited income potential.

This is a “Pay-Per-Performance” position, with the following pay scale:

$50 for each qualified appointment

Commission of 30% of first month invoice for signed contract

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Previous appointment setting experience preferred

Ability to make calls from home using your own phone

Home setting must be conducive to a professional setting (limited background noise and distractions)
