Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Program Manager (Non-IT): II (Intermediate) in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves leading and implementing incentive planning activities within the finance industry, specifically supporting Consumer Finance incentive planning. Responsibilities: Overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and continual update of the incentive documentation, risk mitigation practices, and oversight policies and procedures in alignment with the governance framework Coordinating with IT and reporting/data analyst on sales and service performance reporting Managing and coordinating analysis and modeling for incentive compensation plans Liaising with finance business partners and segment leaders on managing incentive spend Developing, maintaining, and executing on project plans for incentive deliverables Supporting segment leaders and business managers in the creation and delivery of incentive training presentations Managing incentive plan documents for changes on an annual and ongoing basis Providing effective documentation and approvals for all system and manual functions related to incentive administration calculations and payouts and risk controls Coordinating goals for segments to drive metric performance for growth, productivity, service quality, leadership and other behaviors Partnering with segment leaders, business managers, and total rewards on strategy for sales process, compensation goals, and incentive design alignment. Requirements Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Relations Proficient in creating and managing Documentation Experience in Reporting and Data Analysis Proven ability to conduct and manage Training sessions Strong skills in Planning and Organizing Familiarity with administrative Procedures and Policy creation Experience in Planning Processes and execution Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration Ability to effectively Design and implement project strategies Experience in creating and delivering Presentations Knowledge of Finance and Credit management Strong Leadership Skills and team management capabilities Proven track record in successful project Implementation Experience as a Liaison between various departments Ability to enhance Productivity and efficiency Skills in Forecasting and future planning Knowledge of best Practices in project management Familiarity with Monitoring Tools and software Ability to Execute plans and strategies effectively Experience in Oversight of project processes Ability to set and monitor performance Metrics Experience in managing Deliverables and milestones.
