Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are accepting applications for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73143, United States. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing applications, and resolving customer inquiries. THIS ROLE IS 100% ON-SITEResponsibilities: Process customer's credit applications accurately and promptly Keep customer credit records updated and accurate Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks effectively Conduct physical inventory checks as part of your duties Use Sage MAS 200 and Microsoft Excel in the execution of your tasks Participate in financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Field Services industry Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Prior experience in physical inventory management Skilled user of Sage MAS 200 software Advanced knowledge of Excel for data processing and reporting Experience in financial auditing, preferably within the Field Services industry Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
